The sea mirrors the sky in this sunset framed by the ever-present pampas grass above La Selva beach, Aptos, California. La Selva is one of scores of contiguous beaches ringing Monterey Bay. They form one of the few remaining unspoiled stretches of California coastline that is essentially undeveloped south of Capitola and to beyond Big Sur.
