Low tide at Seacliff Beach in winter and early spring attracts assorted sanderlings, willets, western gulls, and sandpipers. On an evening run south of the cement ship at Seacliff Pier, there was a momentary opportunity to shoot the golden sky reflected in the retreating waves.
